DESCRIPTION:This two-day course provides practical instruction in basic fib
 erglass repair techniques for small boats such as canoes\, kayaks\, dinghi
 es\, and tenders. Participants will learn how to assess damage\, prepare s
 urfaces\, cut and apply fiberglass cloth\, mix and apply resin\, and compl
 ete basic fairing and finishing.\n\nThe course focuses on safe working pra
 ctices and hands-on learning. Participants are encouraged to bring a small
  repair project\, if appropriate.\n\nParticipants are encouraged to bring 
 something that needs repairs.\n\nSkill level: Beginner\n\nOutcome: Confi
 dence in basic fiberglass repair and maintenance\n\nMinimum class size: 4
